Architect Bruce Mackenzie designed this beautiful home which is set in its own extensive rural grounds. On their previous property the client used SUMNER Poolburn Schist. However this time opting for the lighter earthern tones of our SUMMER Arrowtown Schist. The home features 14 columns and is characterized by its many gabel end logias. Schist stonework was also used on the chimney, interior fireplace and two impressive entrance way columns.
